By using the Unique Clover store, you agree to comply with the following terms governing sales and technical execution:

1. Information Accuracy and Pricing We strive to provide the most accurate information and
pricing. In the event of an unintended technical error in product pricing, the store reserves the
right to contact you to correct the price or cancel the order and issue a full refund.
2. Intellectual Property Rights for Designs
● All store content is the exclusive property of Unique Clover.
● Customer-Provided Designs: When requesting a custom design (logo, image, or text),
the customer represents and warrants their legal ownership of the rights to this content.
The store acts solely as a "Technical Executor" and bears no legal responsibility toward
third parties regarding the intellectual property rights of designs provided by the customer.
3. Nature of Technical Execution (Artistic Variation) Due to the use of multiple technologies
(Laser, Sublimation, DTF) on various raw materials (metals, fabrics, wood, plastic), the customer
acknowledges that the final result may exhibit slight variations in color shades or
engraving/cutting shadows. These are caused by chemical and thermal reactions with the raw
material and are considered part of the artistic character of customized products, not a
manufacturing defect.
4. Modifications and Cancellations Due to the nature of the work requiring specific technical
preparation, orders that have entered the "In Progress" stage cannot be modified or canceled,
as materials are reserved and machines are calibrated specifically for your request.
5. Governing Law These terms and all transactions are governed by the laws and regulations
of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
