Refund policy
1. On-Demand & Customized Products Since we provide customized production services
(such as engraving, cutting, and various types of printing) based on your specific choices and
details, these products cannot be returned or exchanged once the technical execution
process has commenced.
● Exception: A replacement will be provided at no additional cost in the event of a clear
manufacturing defect or a technical error in execution that deviates from the agreed-upon
specifications.
2. Ready-made Store Products For products featuring "Unique Clover" ready-made designs
(with no modifications or additional customization), returns or exchanges are accepted within
the following timeframes:
● Return Requests: Within 3 days of receiving the product.
● Exchange Requests: Within 7 days of receiving the product.
3. Quality Standards for Returns For a return or exchange to be accepted:
● The product must be in its original, pristine condition, unused, and in its original
packaging with all accessories included.
● Right of Inspection: All returned products undergo a thorough inspection by our team
upon arrival to verify their technical and physical integrity before a refund is processed.
4. Logistical Costs
● The customer bears the return shipping costs if the return is due to a change of mind
(personal preference).
● The store bears all costs if the return is due to an error on our part or a defect in the
product.
