Shipping policy

1. Shipping Scope We currently ship to all regions and cities within the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia.
2. Processing and Execution Time (By Product Type) To ensure the highest standards of
production quality, processing times vary based on the technology used:
● Ready-to-Ship Products: Dispatched to the shipping company within 1 to 3 business
days.
● Custom/On-Demand Products: Includes laser engraving/cutting, Sublimation, and DTF
printing. Technical execution and preparation take 3 to 7 business days before dispatch.
3. Delivery Time Once the order is handed over to the shipping company, delivery takes:
● All cities in KSA: 3 - 5 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
● Standard Shipping: 17 SAR for orders below 320 SAR.
● Free Shipping: For orders totaling 320 SAR or more.
5. Order Tracking An automated tracking number will be sent to you via your registered contact
methods (Email/SMS) as soon as the order is handed over to the shipping company.
6. Address and Delivery Responsibility The customer is responsible for providing a correct
address and a reachable mobile number. In the event a shipment is returned by the carrier due
to no response or an incorrect address, the customer will bear the cost of re-shipping.
